She has worked as leader, senior project manager, inhouse-consultant and coach in the global automotive supplier industry. Her fields of expertise are leadership development and professional severance mavnagement. As experienced HR Manager and Senior Project Manager she puts a strong focus on the sustainability of developed strategies. While leading plant closure and restructuring projects Simone was always keen on the thorough planning and a professional, empathetic execution of the processes. We are happy to welcome Johannes Förster as our new associate partner. Johannes Förster studied economics and business administration at the University Witten / Herdecke with a stay abroad in Rome. His focus areas were Management, Organizational Development and Finance with parallel jobs at RWE and Deutsche Bank. After his studies, he worked as executive assistant for a divisional board member and in various central and leadership roles within the COO area at Deutsche Bank. After 8 years he moved on to UBS Europe SE as team and project leader in the Operating Office. In the recent 2 years he headed a back office department there.

We are happy wo welcome Kai Mahnert as our Communications expert. Kai Mahnert has been active in marketing and corporate communication for more than two decades. He was a freelance market researcher, headed an academic marketing project office and taught in Germany and Ireland. With strong analytical competence, clear strategies and attention to detail, he supports internal communication functions from SMEs to DAX30 corporations. He focuses on content-driven internal communication, especially in large-scale strategic change processes. Joe Houde holds a psychology degree from Drew University, having started his professional practice with designing and conducting team development programmes already during his studies. He continued his work as a freelance trainer for several organizational clients and as a lecturer at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, covering fields of finance, engineering, and consulting in his work. Joe Houde is committed to experimental training approaches, computer simulations, and playful learning. He gained a doctorate in adult education at North Carolina State University with his research into design, learning, and social networks in management, and is currently authoring a monograph on “The Networked Leader”.
Julian Wolf writes about ways and opportunities for hospitals to master the increasing complexity caused by the commercialization and tougher competition in the sector. He includes his insights from the DFG project on “Decision Making in Hospital Management” and proposes multi-perspective management that acknowledges the unique nature of hospitals for intelligent solutions.

Julian Wolf studied sociology in Vienna and Basel with special emphasis on organizational sociology. He began his professional career as part of the “Intercultural Cooperation in International Enterprises” project at the University of Vienna, before moving to the University of Witten/Herdecke as a research assistant on the DFG project “Decision Making in Hospital Management”. As part of this project, he completed his dissertation on “Network Dynamics between Chief Executives, Medical Directors, Local Doctors, and Patients”. Julian Wolf develops and hosts seminars and workshops on organization, management, and networking with students, hospital managers, and administration professionals.
